Miami Dolphins: Mike McDaniel is eighth NFL head coach fired

omg this is like totally insane what's going on with the dolphins?? they were supposed to be all about mcdaniel but now they're just gonna find some new dude and hope for the best lol i mean i get it, 7-10 record is pretty bad but 4 seasons isn't that long to turn it around i guess we'll just have to wait and see who steps in and tries to fix things 🤔💪

I don’t usually comment but I gotta say, firing McDaniel after just four seasons seems a bit harsh 🤔. He was only 39 when he took over and had some promising years, like going to the playoffs twice. The team's poor start this season was tough to watch, but you can't write off a whole coach based on one bad year 😐. Owner Ross should've given him more time to turn things around 🤷‍♂️. Maybe it's a good opportunity for them to bring in some fresh blood and change the team's culture... we'll just have to wait and see what happens next 💪

🤦‍♂️ I mean come on, 7-10 record? That's not a bad start at all! It's just a little... rocky 😊. The fact that they fired him already speaks volumes about how much pressure owner Ross is putting on his team. And what's with the "comprehensive change" thing? Sounds like corporate jargon to me 📝. I'm sure McDaniel had some good qualities, but it's not like he led them to a Super Bowl win or anything 🏈. The Ravens' John Harbaugh would be a great fit, btw 👍.

😐 I'm not surprised to see Mike McDaniel go... it's been a rough start for him with Miami. I mean, 7-10 record? Not exactly what you'd call success. But at the same time, four seasons is still a decent run. You gotta feel bad for the guy, I guess. Ross knows his stuff, so maybe he just decided to shake things up and see if a change can get the team back on track.

It's wild how many coaches have gotten canned this season already... 8? That's crazy. It just goes to show how much pressure there is in the NFL. You gotta perform, or you're outta there. 😅
