Ugh, this is getting outta hand

... I mean, can't we just have some peaceful coexistence between nations without all the back-and-forth? It feels like every time Micron Tech does business with China, something bad happens

. I get it, security concerns and whatnot, but come on, can't they just have a chill discussion about it instead of resorting to probes and trade wars

?
And what's up with all these restrictions? Japan, Netherlands, US... it feels like we're stuck in some kind of never-ending tech whack-a-mole game

. Companies are already stressing out trying to stay afloat with global competition; do we really need more obstacles in the way?
I'm not saying China is innocent here, but can't they just play nice and follow some basic international trade rules instead of accusing everyone else of being unfair? It's like they're stuck in some kind of "we're right, you're wrong" mentality

. Newsflash: it's all about finding a mutually beneficial solution that doesn't involve one-sided probes and trade wars

.
Anyway, I'm not going to take sides here... but I do think we need more transparency and cooperation between nations when it comes to tech regulation

. Maybe then we can avoid some of these major headaches down the line
