I feel so sorry for these young guys
, having to live at home with their parents just because they can't get a stable job
. It's like, we're living in a society where everyone's supposed to be independent and grown up by 25
, but what if that's just not possible?
I think it's really interesting how social media plays a role in this
. I mean, let's be real, Instagram makes everything look so perfect and put together
, it's hard not to feel like we're missing out when we can't even afford our own place
.
But seriously, these young men need our support
. They need education and job training programs that can help them develop skills and confidence
. And we need social support systems that can provide a safety net for those who are struggling
.
I wish more people would talk about this stuff
. It's not just about the young guys living at home, it's about the systemic issues that are affecting their lives
. We need to have a real conversation about how we're going to support these guys and help them become successful adults
.
I'm all for giving people time to figure things out
, but maybe we can also offer some support along the way
. Like, maybe we could provide resources for young men who are struggling to find jobs or get back on their feet
.
Anyway, I just think it's really interesting that this trend is happening in our communities
. We need to be talking about it and finding ways to support each other
.
