my dad used to watch these old nigerian movies from the 80s and they were always so dramatic lol but My Father's Shadow seems like it's on a whole different level 
i love how Akinola Davies Jr weaved this personal story with such skill, must be hard work goin through all that 
hope it wins some of those awards, would be amazing to see Nigeria get more recognition in the film industry
