um I'm so confused... like how does it even work? where do federal agents come from and what's their job again? arent they supposed to help the immigrants or something? 
I mean, I get that some people might be undocumented but shouldn't we just have a more humane system in place instead of shooting people?
and then they shoot back and the person escapes... isn't that just making things worse?
