New NYC Ferry routes bring direct boat ride between Brooklyn and Staten Island

I'm low-key surprised this took so long but glad it's happening! Can't believe we're finally getting direct ferries from Brooklyn and Staten Island tho. It'll be a game-changer for people who live in one borough and work in the other. And yay, beachgoers can now get to Queens beaches without having to deal with traffic on the Verrazzano bridge

Also, ouch, $8.33 per ride is still kinda steep but I guess it's getting better. Can we talk about how awesome the Rockaways route is tho? It's like, a total beach lover's dream come true! And what's up with East Harlem and Sunset Park stops tho?
