. Watching all that chaos unfold on camera must be super traumatic for everyone involved, especially the families of the victims
. It's actually really commendable that the city waited until after a memorial service before releasing the footage, it shows they're trying to respect people's grief and not stir up unnecessary pain

The fact that graphic images have been redacted is a good move too, it's gonna help prevent anyone from getting traumatized just by seeing it
. And I guess releasing this footage now will satisfy all the news outlets who were requesting it, so at least we can say the city is being transparent
