Newcastle 2-1 Man City: Ruben Dias fumes over Harvey Barnes' push on Gianluigi Donnarumma going unpunished for winning goal

🤔 I'm not sure what's going on in the Premier League anymore. I mean, Ruben Dias is frustrated because Harvey Barnes pushed Donnarumma out of his goal but no penalty was given? That does seem kinda weird. But at the same time, I get it, refs gotta make calls and sometimes they're wrong. 💔

I don't think Dias is just being dramatic, though. He's got a point about consistency – if Barnes pushes Donnarumma out of position without even getting a yellow card, that's not right. And what's with the difference in how fouls are called throughout the game? 🤷‍♂️

And on top of that, Guardiola is having all these heated exchanges with players and he's basically saying they should've known better. Like, Bruno Guimaraes knows what happened in those situations, but still... 😒

I don't think it's just about Dias being frustrated or Barnes getting away with stuff. There's a bigger issue here – the refs need to be more consistent. And when players are having to question the rules every five minutes, that's not football. 🏀

I think Ruben Dias has every right to be frustrated 🤔. I mean, come on, if a player pushes you outta your box, you're supposed to be able to call it out, even if they don't commit a full foul 🚫. And what's with the inconsistency? One minute you're giving Newcastle players away, and the next minute, you're not 👀. It's like the refs are playing a different game than everyone else 💔.

And I'm not saying Donnarumma should've made a save, but at least get that call out 🙄. It's all about setting the tone for the rest of the match. The fact that Dias and Guardiola were going on about it suggests that something wasn't right 🤷‍♂️. Maybe we'll see some changes in refereeing decisions to make things more consistent? Fingers crossed ⛔️!
