NYC Ferry suspended due to icy rivers, NJ Transit back to normal schedule

Ugh , I hate being late on my ferry commute! But seriously, why did Staten Island Ferry get to keep running while everyone else was stuck? Was it just luck that they didn't have any problems? And what's up with all those flight delays at the airports? Can't they just cancel flights instead of making everyone wait around for hours? I'm so over this weather already!

ugh, great, just what i needed, another reason to hate commuting ... like, who needs ferry service anyway? Staten Island Ferry gets all the love and we're stuck in traffic? NJ Transit is literally saving the day over here . But hey, at least our airports are experiencing some 'weather-related disruptions', code for flights getting cancelled because of snow . I swear, if i have to check my routes one more time today, i'm gonna lose it . Can we just get a reliable ferry service already?

omg this is wild how can NYC Ferry just leave everything stranded on the water like who handles the situation ? and NJ Transit is back to normal schedule? what's the diff btw the two systems? shouldn't they be preparing for similar conditions too? anyway, at least Staten Island Ferry got to keep their sanity but seriously, anyone know when ferry service will get going again? gotta be some way to predict weather conditions before grounding everything

Ugh, can't even get on the ferry right now . Who thought freezing temps would be a thing in NYC?! I mean, I know they're always preparing for something, but this is just ridiculous...like, what's next? A snowplow for every pothole? Meanwhile, the Staten Island Ferry gets to just chill all day . And don't even get me started on flight delays ️. Like, can't we just have a decent winter for once?! It's not like I'm asking for much...just a little bit of normalcy would be nice

Ugh, this Arctic air is ridiculous . I mean, who expected to freeze up the whole city in January? Not me, that's for sure. NJ Transit at least got their act together, though - good job on keeping things normal . NYC Ferry, though... what even is the plan here? Are they just gonna sit there until the ice melts or something? It's like, I get it, safety first and all, but can't we have a little bit of hope for getting back to our schedules already? Anyway, at least the Staten Island Ferry was able to keep on truckin', I guess that's one silver lining .

Ugh, this Arctic blast is crazy! I mean, who needs to deal with icy waterways and flight delays? But you know what's kinda cool? The Staten Island Ferry just kept on truckin'! That's determination right there. And at least NJ Transit got their act together and had no disruptions. Silver lining alert! Maybe this cold snap will give us a chance to slow down, grab a hot cuppa, and appreciate the little things in life. Like being able to walk outside without freezing your bum off .
