NYC reports 4 pediatric flu deaths, the first of the season

OMG, 4 kiddos is way too many 🤕😔... I'm glad vaccination efforts are gaining momentum tho 💪🏽️, it's just crazy that we're seeing a decline in cases now. Like, 1,400 cases is still a lot but at least it's not as bad as last year's numbers 📉... and yeah, Dr Morse is right on point about vaccines saving lives 💊, I mean, no kid should have to go through that 😭... it's just so heartbreaking when it comes to those little ones 🤗.
 
ugh this is so scary 🤕 thinking about all those kids who died from flu last year it's like rly bad luck that they can't get vaccinated yet i mean i know some ppl might be hesitant or whatever but come on kids are super vulnerable to serious illnesses and vaccination is like the simplest way to keep them safe 💉 anyways hopefully this new season will see a lot fewer deaths and more people getting their shots 🤞
 
💔🤕 just found out that 4 more kids in NYC died from the flu... can't believe it 🤯 still so many cases & deaths reported nationwide last year, like what's being done to prevent this? 💉 we need better vaccination efforts ASAP! 🚨 RSV is a concern too, don't even get me started on that one 😓
 
I don’t usually comment but I was really worried when I read about those four pediatric flu deaths in NYC 🤕. It's so important that everyone gets vaccinated, especially kids under five, it's just not worth the risk 🙏. I know vaccination rates have been going up and that's awesome, but we still need to be careful 💪. Those 289 pediatric deaths last year were crazy, I don't think I could handle losing a kid to something preventable 😩. So yeah, let's all just make sure to get our flu shots and take care of each other ❤️.
 
omg u guys its crazy how serious this flu thing is especially with kids getting sick its like we shouldnt have to live like this 🤕💉 i mean vaccination efforts are gaining momentum which is awesome but its still super scary when u hear about pediatric deaths yeah doc michelle morse is on point about vaccination saving lives 1,400 cases in jan last wk is a big drop from dec peak but we cant get complacent rsv is still out there too so parents gotta be vigilant with their little ones 🤦‍♀️
 
OMG 🤯 can't believe those 4 pediatric deaths in NYC! Like, four kids 😭 who had their lives cut short by something that could've been prevented with just a lil' flu shot 💉?! It's crazy how vaccination efforts are finally starting to pay off, but we gotta stay vigilant fam 💯. I'm all for it, got my own shots done and encouraging everyone I know to get theirs ASAP 🤝. Dr. Michelle Morse is speaking truth, flu shouldn't be a threat to kids under 5 🚫, vaccination is key! And yeah, RSV's still out there too... parents gotta take those precautions seriously 👶🏼
