idk man, i'm really confused about this whole thing ... i mean, police are stumped but like, they got some data that says homicides and shootings are way down in other parts of the city? so if it's not a NYC-wide problem, why all these incidents happening now? meanwhile, witnesses just gave a crazy detailed description of the suspect in one case... sounds fishy to me but at the same time, i get that cops gotta investigate thoroughly and everything. i guess we'll just have to wait and see what turns up
Man, NYC is like that one friend who always has drama ! One day it's all calm and peaceful, and the next, BAM! Two guys are shooting each other left and right . I'm not trying to be insensitive or anything, but can't we just get along? The NYPD is like a detective on the TV show "CSI" trying to solve this puzzle... but with more guns and less donuts .
Seriously though, it's crazy that homicides and shootings have been on a decline in some areas, but then you got these two incidents that bring everything back down. It's like the city is saying, "Hey, we're doing good, let's celebrate!" And then BAM! Two guys get shot. Maybe they should just make a game out of it, like a high-stakes video game where you win if you stay alive and lose if you get caught in a hail of bullets .
I feel bad for the victims and their families . I know some ppl might be saying that the NYPD is slow or doesn't care, but let's not jump to conclusions . It's a tough job, they're doing the best they can under pressure . Plus, the city's crime rates are actually going down in some areas , which is something to be proud of! The problem is that those areas get more attention and resources . Maybe we should focus on supporting our local police departments instead of tearing them down? Let's give 'em a break
