One Fine Show: ‘Manet & Morisot’ at the Legion of Honor

I'm tellin' ya 🤔, these two artists were total kindred spirits! I mean, Edouard Manet was already killin' it with his Impressionist vibes, and then Berthe Morisot comes along and she's like the ultimate muse 🌟. They were so close, you'd think they were siblings or somethin'! Their friendship was all about supportin' each other's art, but also just bein' there for each other. It's beautiful to see.

And that painting "The Balcony" is straight fire 🔥! Morisot's gaze is like, whoa... it's like she's lookin' right through you or somethin'. I love how Manet was so proud of her work, too - he just loved her style and energy 💖. And Morisot, she was all about experimentin' with color and light, tryin' new things that no one else was doin' at the time. It's like they were pushin' each other to be better artists.

It's a shame Manet passed away when he did 🤕 - I bet Morisot was devastated. But their art lives on, and it's still gorgeous today 😊. We can all learn from these two ladies about the power of friendship and creativity 🎨💕.
