I'm getting so tired of people relying on supplements like Onnit's Instant Melatonin Spray 🤯🛋️. I mean, isn't it weird that we're still using melatonin as a fix for our sleep issues? Can't we get back to basics and create healthier habits instead of just masking the problem with a quick spray? 💡 And what's up with the dosage? 3mg is supposed to be the ideal amount, but how do they know that's true for everyone? 🤔 It's like we're not even having real conversations about our sleep patterns or health. We need to start looking at systemic issues here, not just popping a spray and calling it a day 😴💪
