Our cars were towed away for repair and are being held to ransom

😕 I feel so bad for these two drivers, BN & NC. It's like Bidfood just handed them over to VMS and forgot about them. And now they're stuck with all these extra costs because of it 🤑. The whole thing is just a mess, and Bidfood's not helping by saying they didn't know anything until after the fact 😒. I mean, how hard is it to keep track of your company's dealings? 🤔

It's not surprising that NC's car showed up with 46 extra miles on the clock - I'd be suspicious too if someone just handed me back my car like that 💨. And what's up with BN's hire car being returned all messed up? That's just great 👎.

I'm glad this publication is doing its job and holding Bidfood accountable 📰. It's time for these companies to take responsibility for their actions and make sure customers are treated right 🤝.
 
🚗💨 OMG u cant believe wat happened 2 these 2 drivers 🤯 Bidfood's fleet management firm VMS took their cars 4 ransom 🤑 but its not just about the money 💸 its about the lack of communication & transparency 📣 both drivers r still stuck in limbo 🕰️ with no end in sight 🚫 what kind of company holds customers hostage like dis?!?! 😱
 
I feel kinda bad for VMS, you know? They got caught up in this whole thing with Cobra Coachworks and now their reputation is getting dragged through the mud. I mean, £189,000 doesn't seem like a lot to me... 🤔 But what really gets me is that Bidfood was using VMS to hold these drivers' cars hostage. It's just not right! Those two drivers are still stuck with no answers after months of waiting. And to make matters worse, NC got a car back with extra miles on it 🚗😒... I hope the authorities get involved and sort this mess out ASAP! ⏰
