I'm worried about these new AI-powered health platforms 
. They're supposed to help patients navigate the crazy world of health insurance, but what if they don't work out? I mean, we've already seen Mathew Evins' surgery get approved after he used an AI chatbot to draft a letter to his insurer... sounds too good to be true, right? 
And have you considered the fact that these platforms are just using algorithms to analyze data and draft letters? What if those algorithms aren't accurate or fair? We need human oversight and accountability to make sure these AI systems are working in our best interests.

. What if these algorithms get it wrong or are biased in some way? We need humans in the loop to make sure that patients aren't getting ripped off. And what about all the data being collected by these companies? Are we really comfortable with that? 
I'm not saying AI can't be a helpful tool, but let's not forget that there's more to healthcare than just fancy tech
