ummm i dont get why people are making a big deal about this 
like, whats wrong with buying some cluster shells from israel? its just business right? 
the us needs these to protect itself from all the craziness around the world and whats more expensive than sending in a bunch of soldiers to fight on the ground? 
also theres this whole thing about cluster munitions being indiscriminate but what if they actually help limit civilian casualties in some situations? 
cant we just use them strategically and not have all these rules holding us back?
