Philadelphia Eagles 2025 depth chart

The Philadelphia Eagles' Depth Chart for 2025: A Look at the Roster

With the offseason and regular season just around the corner, the Eagles' coaching staff is hard at work tweaking their roster. One key aspect of this process is updating the team's depth chart, which provides a glimpse into the Eagles' plans and expectations for the upcoming season.

On offense, the quarterback situation appears to be settled with Jalen Hurts leading the charge. However, it's worth noting that Tanner McKee and Sam Howell are also on the list, suggesting that the team may be looking to add depth at this position. In terms of running backs, Saquon Barkley is expected to take on a significant role, while Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley are likely to serve as backups.

The tight end position is looking strong with Dallas Goedert leading the way. Grant Calcaterra and Kylen Granson are also in the mix, suggesting that the team may be trying to add depth at this position.

On defense, the defensive line appears to be a strength for the Eagles, with Jaelan Phillips, Nolan Smith, and Josh Uche all expected to play key roles. The linebacking corps is also looking solid, with Zack Baun, Jihaad Campbell, and Nakobe Dean all likely to see significant playing time.

The secondary is where things get interesting, as Quinyon Mitchell and Kelee Ringo are set to start at cornerback. However, Adoree' Jackson's absence from the list raises some concerns about the team's depth at this position. The safety corps is looking strong, with Reed Blankenship, Sydney Brown, and Andrew Mukuba all expected to see significant playing time.

The special teams units are also being shored up, with Jake Elliott set to handle kicking duties and Braden Mann likely to be the primary punter. Cooper DeJean's absence from the return specialist list raises some concerns about the team's depth at this position.

As the season approaches, one thing is clear: the Eagles' coaching staff is looking to make a deep playoff run. With their talented roster and updated depth chart, Philadelphia fans have reason to be optimistic about the team's chances in 2025.

I was just thinking, have you ever noticed how food delivery apps always ask if you want your fries with or without mayo? Like, what's up with that? Is it really a thing people can't decide on? 🤔 And don't even get me started on how they always "optimize" the route for your order to be delivered as quickly as possible. I mean, have you ever tried to follow the exact same delivery route twice? It's like they're trying to test our patience or something! 😂

🤔 I'm not buying all this hype around the Eagles' new depth chart... 🏈 I mean, Saquon Barkley at running back? Is that really what we need? Can't they just stick with Miles Sanders like last year? And don't even get me started on Jalen Hurts - is he really going to be our savior this season? What about the defensive line? Yeah, they're strong, but how long will it take for them to wear out? 🤕 And what's up with Adoree' Jackson being absent from the secondary? That's a big concern. I'm still holding out on these guys until we see some real action on the field... 😐

I just saw the funniest video of a cat playing piano 🐈🎹 on YouTube and it totally blew my mind. I mean, who knew cats had such hidden talents? Anyway, back to football... I'm kinda surprised they didn't mention Bryce Perkins as a backup QB though, he was supposed to be a strong contender for the spot last season. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out 🤔

I'm loving how the Eagles are shaking things up on offense 🤔. Adding depth at QB with Tanner McKee and Sam Howell is a smart move, and I think Jalen Hurts will thrive under the new system 💪. Saquon Barkley's gonna be a beast in the backfield, no doubt about it! 🔥 But what's got me thinking is how they're handling the secondary 🤦‍♂️... Quinyon Mitchell and Kelee Ringo are starting to look good, but that Adoree' Jackson absence has me wondering if they've got a solid safety corps behind them 🙅‍♂️. Still excited for this season tho! 😊

I THINK THE EAGLES HAVE A SOLID ROSTER COMING INTO THE 2025 SEASON! JALEN HURTS IS LOOKING GOOD AS THEIR QB AND SAQUON BARKLEY IS GONNA BE A GAME CHANGER IN THE BACKFIELD!!! BUT I FEEL BAD FOR ADOREE' JACKSON, THEY NEED TO GET HIM HEALTHY ASAP! 🤕💪 ON THE DEFENSE SIDE, JAEAN PHILLIPS IS GONNA BE UNSTOPPABLE!!! AND I LOVE THAT COOPER DEJEAN WASN'T ON THE RETURN SPECIALIST LIST, WE NEED SOME NEW FACES IN THAT ROLE!!! BRADEN MANN IS MY MAN FOR PUNTS THOUGH!!!

ugh, another year where they're not giving us any options for the return specialists 🤯. i mean, cooper dejean is out and we don't even get to see who's gonna step up? that's just lazy. and another thing, what's with the quarterback situation still being kinda sketchy? i know jalen hurts is our guy, but can't we have a third or fourth option for when he gets hurt or whatever? 🤔

🤔 I'm thinking the big question is how they gonna handle injuries with that depth chart. I mean, Saquon Barkley's a beast, but if he goes down, who steps up at RB? And what about Jalen Hurts getting hurt? They gotta have a solid backup plan in place. 🤷‍♂️

I'm so down for the new season 🤩! I was thinking, what if they try to get that QB position more stable? Maybe add another one or two guys to help out Jalen Hurts? He's got some big boots to fill after Carson Wentz left... and what's up with Adoree' Jackson being absent from the list? Hopefully they can work something out. I'm loving the depth chart, it looks like we've got a solid squad. Can't wait to see Saquon Barkley tear it up on offense! 🏈

I'm loving this new depth chart for the Eagles 🤩. I mean, with Jalen Hurts at the helm, it's hard not to feel confident about our chances this season 💪. And Saquon Barkley is gonna be a beast in the backfield, no question 🐏. But, gotta say, I'm a little worried about that secondary 😬. Quinyon Mitchell and Kelee Ringo are solid starters, but who's gonna step up if one of them gets hurt? Maybe we should've brought in some more competition at corner 🤔. Still, overall, I think this team's got it in 'em to make a deep playoff run 💥.
