Phillies release 22-year-old pitcher after 4 seasons

๐Ÿค” Just don't get me started on how they formatted the release news... so many unnecessary spaces & random line breaks ๐Ÿ™„

Anyway, back to Maxwel Hernandez ๐Ÿ˜. I mean, it's sad to see him go, he had such potential ๐Ÿ”ฎ. Not saying the Phillies did anything wrong, but you'd think they could've been more patient with him ๐Ÿ’ญ. He was only 22, for Pete's sake! ๐Ÿ™ƒ Give a kid some time to develop, right? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

And don't even get me started on the formatting of that Baseball America section... it looks like they were trying to cram too much info in there ๐Ÿ“Š. A simple bullet point or two would've made it way more readable ๐Ÿ“š.

Guess only time will tell if Hernandez can bounce back and become a big contributor for the Phillies โฐ. Fingers crossed for him, I guess ๐Ÿ˜….

I feel bad for Maxwel Hernandez ๐Ÿค•, he had such promise but couldn't quite live up to it in the big leagues ๐Ÿ’”. It's tough to see your career go this way after all the hype, especially when you were just 18 and crushing it in the DSL ๐ŸŽฏ. Hopefully, he'll bounce back from this setback and prove some people wrong again ๐Ÿ’ช. It's a great reminder that development takes time, and not everyone makes it big, but that doesn't mean their journey wasn't worth it ๐Ÿ’•. He's got his whole career ahead of him, so fingers crossed for the young guy! ๐Ÿคž

What's up with these MLB teams always cutting ties with young talent ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ? I mean, Hernandez had some decent numbers in the minors, so what happened? Did they just lose faith or something? ๐Ÿค” It's like he was on the cusp of breaking out and now...poof. Released. Not a shock to see them making moves in free agency tho, but can't help feeling like some prospects are getting too much hype and aren't living up to it ๐Ÿ˜
