omg u gotta try ths pumpkin & black bean quesadillas!!! 
i was skeptcal at first but they r literally soooo good! the combo of earthy beans, sweet pumpkin, and spicy cumin is to die 4 
. i made them last nite for dinner and it was literally the perfect meal - easy peasy and didnt take long to make @ all 
. and u can customize them however u want with diff toppings or fillings - avocado salsa sour cream... the possibilities r endless

... I mean, who wouldn't want a warm, melty quesadilla on a chilly day? The addition of pumpkin puree is genius - it's like a flavor bomb just waiting to happen! 
I've been experimenting with new recipes lately and these are definitely going on my list... has anyone else tried making them?
