Can't believe they're gonna strike AGAIN 
. I get it, doc's gotta earn decent pay 
and security is a major concern 
. I mean, who wants to be stuck in debt or worse, can't find a stable job after med school? 
It's not rocket science, just basic human rights, right? 
I'm actually worried about the impact on patients, especially during Christmas when you need good healthcare the most
. Can't imagine the anxiety and stress they'll go through with all these rescheduled appointments 
. The gov needs to sort this out ASAP 
.The 26% pay increase is not too much to ask for
, considering inflation's been eating into doc's wages since 2008 
. And job security? Forget about it 
. We need a better system in place that prioritizes UK med grads

resident doctors r already doin so much & yet they get treated like dirt 
the uk government needs 2 step up & give them fair pay & security ASAP 
lets show some love 2 our amazing nhs docs & make sure they get the respect they deserve 
it's not fair they deserve a decent salary increase considering inflation and all that 
how can they trust their own career progression when they're just gettin rejected left and right?

. What's the big deal about a few million extra pounds a year?
