I'm surprised it took scientists this long to figure out that being curious isn't, like, super bad for you
. I mean, come on, it's not like we've been told to stay engaged and motivated since, like, forever or anything. And the idea that curiosity can help us develop healthy habits is just basic common sense, right?
Like, if you're bored with your routine, maybe try mixing things up a bit?

But seriously, it's kinda cool to see all these studies coming out about the benefits of curiosity. I mean, who doesn't love learning new stuff and staying mentally sharp?
