I feel bad for Erik ten Hag, he had some promising moments at Manchester United but it just wasn't his time 
. The board is right in saying that consistency is key and maybe they didn't see the light after the West Ham defeat 
. Ralf Rangnick is a good choice to take over as interim manager, he knows Ten Hag's style of play so it won't be too rocky for the team
