"Saturday Night Live": Epstein emails are breakout star of Glen Powell-led episode

I'm low-key shocked by how SNL roasted Trump over those Epstein emails 🤯🔥. The way they brought out his awkward responses to being called out for befriending "a number of sex offenders" is just too relatable 😂. I mean, who hasn't had a friend who's kinda sketchy and you try to downplay it? 🤷‍♂️

But what really got me was how they highlighted Trump's willingness to pay $800 per document for Epstein files 💸👀. Like, dude, that's just not cool 😬. It's like he thought he could just buy his way out of accountability and avoid the whole "did nothing wrong" thing 🙄.

I love how the sketches showed both Trump's outrage and defensiveness when pressed on the topic, but also his tendency to try and pivot and avoid actual responsibility 🔄. It was a really clever move by SNL to tackle this sensitive topic in such a bold way 💥.

omg u guys i cant even think about epstins case rn its so messed up like what can u say to someone who committed heinous crimes and thinks theyre above the law?? anyway i was watching snl last night and i gotta say their skits were ON POINT - especially that one where karoline leavitt is the press sec lololol trump's response tho was just cringeworthy i mean come on dude you're more like an otter than a twink?! 🤣🦊

I don't usually comment but I think it's really interesting how SNL tackled this super sensitive topic like that 🤯. The way they wove in the actual emails from Epstein was so clever and added an extra layer of depth to the sketches. It's not often you see a show tackle something as complex as this case without being too on-the-nose or heavy-handed.

I love how Karoline Leavitt's character called out Trump on his lack of accountability – it was like she was saying, "Dude, you're not fooling anyone with your 'cub' analogy 🦊." And James Austin Johnson's reaction as the otter was pure comedy gold! 😂

The way SNL highlighted the connections between Trump and Epstein, Diddy, and Prince Andrew is just mind-boggling. It's like they're trying to say that this whole thing goes far beyond just one guy being friends with another... 🤔.

It's funny you mention MacGyver because I felt like Forte's character was totally freaking out when his name kept popping up in those files 😂. And the way he tried to defuse the bomb while being all brave and stuff? Classic MacGruber 🎮.

Overall, SNL did an amazing job of tackling this difficult topic without getting too carried away or preachy. It's always a pleasure to see them tackle real-life issues with such humor and wit 😊.
