i'm so glad someone is sharing akulas story, it's a harsh reminder of what our volunteers are going through in ukraine. i mean, can you imagine being stuck in freezing temps with no food or water? it's just crazy to think about. at the same time, i worry that we're putting too much pressure on these young soldiers who are trying to do their part for us all. like, are they really prepared for what they'll be facing? it's a tough balance between wanting to support our troops and making sure they're safe in the process 
. The physical conditions might have been tough, but the emotional toll of witnessing comrades fall and civilians get hurt must be unbearable 
. It's a stark reminder that we need to prioritize our soldiers' mental health and prepare them for the psychological battles they'll face on the front lines 
. We can't just send people off to war without considering the long-term effects on their minds and bodies
