. I mean, I get it, the nightlife district is a hub and all that, but can't people just chill? One minute there's a fight, next thing you know someone gets shot. It's like, what's the end goal here? Is it really worth risking someone's life over a scuffle or some other beef?
And honestly, I feel for the victim and his family, but shouldn't they've been safer? Maybe that nightclub could've done more to prevent this from happening in the first place. I don't know, just seems like a perfect storm of stupidity and bad luck.
I'm not going to sit here and speculate on the suspect's identity or motives, but it is wild that the HPD is still looking for him after all these years... or should I say, days? Major Assaults Division and Crime Stoppers are offering tips and rewards, so let's hope someone comes forward with some info.
