Umm I dont think $1.05 mil is too much for that house lol . Im mean the area is nice and all but Dublin's already got some of the highest property prices in Europe. Its not like it's a new thing, people have been shelling out crazy cash for those fancy homes years ago. The fact that 2 units nearby sold for more than this one just proves that the market's saturated, you know?
OMG I'm literally shook $539 per sqft is insane!!! who needs that kind of cash to live in Dublin?! I mean I know the property's got 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but come on, it feels like they're trying to charge you for breathing in there . And 2 parking spots? Is that even a thing anymore?
Dublin's luxury market is getting outta control . $1.05 million for a 3 bedroom place is straight up insane. what's next? buying a whole island . i mean, i get it, people want nice things and all, but this is just ridiculous. someone's gotta buy a house that huge to make the market go up like this... or maybe we're all just getting caught up in the hype
Dublin is getting more expensive like crazy ! I mean, $1.05 million for a 1,949 sqft home? That's crazy rich! And it's not just one-offs, neighboring units are selling for similar prices too. It's no wonder people are snapping up these luxury homes left and right. But at the same time, I'm worried about affordability for locals. Are we gonna see a rise in housing prices that'll make it hard for regular folks to get into the market?
I mean, I get it, who wouldn't want to live in a fancy house in Dublin ? But, like, isn't that just crazy expensive? My friend's family lives in Dublin and they're always talking about how pricey everything is. Like, I know $539 per square foot is a lot, but what if you're not making that kind of money? Wouldn't it be better to invest that money elsewhere, like in a solid school fund or something? Just saying, as someone who's basically living off ramen noodles and textbooks all semester . Anyway, I guess it's cool for people who are into that whole luxury thing, but I'll stick with my tiny flat on campus, thank you very much!
I mean, what's up with all these luxury homes popping up everywhere? Like, $1.05 million just for a pad in Dublin is insane . I'm not saying it's bad or anything, but have you seen the prices of avocado toast in this city lately? It feels like they're pricing out regular folk and making it impossible for anyone to actually afford living here. And don't even get me started on the parking spots - two cars? That's just excessive .
I guess what I'm trying to say is that while these high-end homes might be nice, we need some more affordable options for people who aren't made of gold . I mean, what about all the young professionals and families out there who just want a decent place to call home without breaking the bank? It feels like they're getting left behind in this whole "luxury real estate boom"
