Six England players join three from Spain in Fifpro women's World XI

England's Leah Williamson leads a star-studded lineup of the Fifpro Women's World XI, as six English players were named to the esteemed team following their historic European Championship win over Spain. Bronze and Bright, along with Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo, round out the midfield-heavy lineup.

In total, seven England internationals were selected for the team, including goalkeeper Hannah Hampton and defender Lucy Bronze. The latter was chosen for the World XI for an eighth time, breaking a record held by French legend Wendie Renard. Bronze played with a broken leg during England's European Championship victory.

For the first time, two African players are featured in the Fifpro Women's World XI, with Zambia's Barbra Banda and Morocco's Ghizlane Chebbak joining the English stars on the list. The women's World XI was voted for by over 6,000 players worldwide, who selected any player making 20 official appearances between August 11th, 2024, and August 3rd, 2025.

The Fifpro Women's World XI features a mix of defensive solidity, creative flair, and attacking prowess. While England did not include their entire squad in the list, it is clear that they have been producing talented players for years to come.

๐Ÿค” England's squad selection for the Fifpro Women's World XI makes total sense! I mean, Lucy Bronze is a legend, she's been crushing it on the field with a broken leg ๐Ÿค• and still manages to make it onto this list. And Barbra Banda and Ghizlane Chebbak are super talented African players who deserve all the recognition ๐Ÿ’–. England's team was really strong during the European Championship and it's awesome that they got some of their best players included in this lineup ๐ŸŒŸ

You gotta love this, FIFA finally giving some African girls the recognition they deserve ๐Ÿ™Œ! I mean, Barbra Banda and Ghizlane Chebbak on the Fifpro Women's World XI? That's a big deal, y'know? They're paving the way for more women from Africa to shine on the world stage. And England's got some talented ladies too - Leah Williamson, Chloe Kelly, Alessia Russo... they've been grinding and it paid off ๐Ÿ†. The fact that Lucy Bronze played with a broken leg in the European Championship is just insane ๐Ÿ’ฅ, what kind of strength and determination does that take?! Anyway, this Fifpro Women's World XI lineup looks solid, can't wait to see how it all plays out ๐Ÿ˜Š.

I'm kinda confused about this whole thing... like, I think it's amazing that there are seven English players on the Fifpro Women's World XI, but at the same time, I'm a bit annoyed that England didn't include more of their squad ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘. I mean, they did win the European Championship and all, so shouldn't more of them get the recognition? ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ But on the other hand, I guess it's good that some players are getting a chance to shine even if they're not part of the full squad... or is that just an excuse for not including the rest of them? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜’

OMG you gotta see this! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ England's got 7 players on the Fifpro Women's World XI team which is insane!!! Leah Williamson leading the charge and Lucy Bronze playing with a broken leg ๐Ÿคฏ she must be superhuman or something! And to think they won that European Championship over Spain too, what an achievement ๐Ÿ’ช. It's so cool that Zambia's Barbra Banda and Morocco's Ghizlane Chebbak made it too, breaking all sorts of records and pushing the boundaries for African players on this list ๐ŸŒŽ. England's been producing some top-notch talent for ages now and I'm loving every minute of it ๐Ÿ’–

They're breaking records and inspiring a whole new generation of female footballers. It's not just about winning, but about creating opportunities for others to shine too ๐Ÿ’ช

I was just thinking about my favorite pie shop near my place ๐Ÿคฉ. They got this amazing apple pie that's super moist and flaky crust... I had it yesterday after watching a tennis match with friends ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿธ. Anyway, back to the England girls, they're all so inspiring! I mean, Lucy Bronze playing with a broken leg is just wow ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. And can we talk about how awesome it is that two African players made it into the team? It's not every day you see that in these types of awards ๐ŸŒŸ... oh wait, what was I saying again?

I'm low-key impressed that Leah Williamson made it to the Fifpro Women's World XI, she's always been such a dominant force on the pitch ๐Ÿ’ช. And can we talk about this lineup for a sec? It's all about that midfield magic ๐Ÿ’ซ. Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo are my personal faves โ€“ they're like the dynamic duo of England's squad! And let's not forget Barbra Banda from Zambia and Ghizlane Chebbak from Morocco, making history with their inclusion ๐Ÿ™Œ.

The thing is, I love that FIFPro did this vote thingy where players worldwide got to pick the best. It shows that they're really valuing female football talent right now ๐Ÿ’ช. Still can't help but feel a little nostalgic for the early days of women's football, though... those pioneers paved the way for all these talented ladies today ๐ŸŒŸ.
