Soap, wifi, but no football: a room without a view at Blackpool's stadium hotel

this is so crazy... I mean what do you expect when you're paying top dollar to stay at a stadium hotel? a room with no view of the pitch? it's like they're not even trying 🤣. and £2,500 fine for not keeping curtains drawn? that's just ridiculous. i get why they need to prevent drunken fans from causing trouble, but do they really have to be so strict about it? 🙄 can't we just enjoy a quiet cuppa while watching the game on the telly or radio like normal people? 😒
 
I mean, can you believe these rules? £2,500 fine just for not closing curtains? It's like they're trying to ruin the whole experience! I'm all for keeping people safe, but come on, it's a game, right? 🤣 And what's with the 1980s hooliganism excuse? Shouldn't we be worrying about that by now? It feels like an old wives' tale. Anyway, no views of the pitch is just plain weird - I wouldn't pay to stay in a room without seeing anything interesting! 😒
 
🤦‍♂️ I mean, come on! £2,500 for not being able to have a drink while watching the match? That's bloody ridiculous! It's just beer or wine, what's the harm? The rules are from the 80s, that's ancient history. I think it's time they updated those regulations and let fans enjoy their pints in peace 🍺👍
