Storm disrupts Portugal as presidential run‑off election approaches

🌪️ I totally get why people want to postpone the election, but at the same time, it's like they're trying to show that even in crisis mode, democracy still runs on schedule 🕒. Like, I get that some people are gonna lose power and homes and all that, but postponing the vote just feels like giving up on the democratic process, you know? And what about the ones who really need to exercise their right to vote?! 🤷‍♀️ It's a tough spot to be in, but I think it's great that Antonio Jose Seguro is standing by his stance and urging people to still go out and vote. Maybe we can just hope that the voting booths are set up with some backup power sources or something? 😂👀

🌪️ Portugal's weather woes should be on everyone's mind, not just politics 🤷‍♂️ Can't even get an election right when the country is getting slammed by nature 😩
