just saw the news about street beet in corktown finally got a spot that big! i'm so down for more vegan takes on classic comfort food... and an arcade? yes pls i hope they get the brunch menu right, been to some of those early pop-ups and they were always hit or miss. but overall super stoked for this new addition
I'm so stoked that Street Beet is finally opening up its own brick-and-mortar spot in Corktown! It's amazing how the concept of a pop-up can turn into something so big and beautiful . The idea of an arcade and pinball games in the restaurant is pure genius , I mean who doesn't love some friendly competition while they chow down? And I'm loving the vibe that Meghan Shaw has brought to this project - it's all about community and inclusivity . As a foodie myself, I'm excited to try out their menu and see what all the fuss is about . Can't wait to check it out and give my support!
