this is just another example of how pakistan's government can't seem to protect its citizens. i'm not saying they're not doing everything they can, but it's getting old seeing innocent people get hurt like this. the thing that really gets me is how these attacks always seem to be connected to extremist groups and sectarian tensions... it's like, can't we all just get along? 
the islamic state group might say they're fighting for some twisted ideology, but at the end of the day, we're all just humans who deserve to live in peace. and yeah, the international community needs to step up and support pakistan in any way they can... maybe that's where the real solution lies?

. As someone who's passionate about mindfulness and wellness, I think we can learn a lot from the victims' families & loved ones - how to hold onto peace amidst chaos, to find strength in forgiveness, and to rise above hate with love

. Can't a guy just go to pray without getting blown up? I mean, I know Pakistan's got its issues with extremism and all that, but come on, it's like they're just playing a never-ending game of cat and mouse with terror groups. And now we've got 31 innocent people dead because some psycho decided to blow themselves up in a crowded mosque 
the world needs to come together and support Pakistan's efforts to promote peace and tolerance... we can't keep sitting idly by while innocent people are getting killed 
. The thing is, I don't know if targeted prayers for peace will really make a difference in places like Islamabad where extremists are already hiding in plain sight 
. But, I do think it's cool that people from different communities are coming together to support each other after something like this happens
