I'm tellin' ya, this kid's life was like a rollercoaster 
. First, he survives this crazy jumping castle incident last year and now he's gone in an e-bike accident? It's like the universe is tryin' to tell us somethin'. I mean, what's up with all these young people dyin' or gettin' hurt lately? Is it just a coincidence or is there somethin' more goin' on here? And no helmet found at the scene? That's suspicious, if you ask me 
. I'm not sayin' anyone's to blame, but someone should be investigatin' this further. Maybe it's time we start lookin' into the safety measures in place around here...

luis was like a beacon of hope after what happened last year at hillcrest, u would think that wouldve made him more careful but sadly it didnt seem like he wore a helmet on his e-bike and now hes gone 
its just heartbreaking to see another young life lost in an accident. tasmania needs to do better with safety measures, especially for kids, my heart goes out to his family and friends
