'Tell Me Lies' star Jackson White hints at big Season 3 finale

Jackson White from 'Tell Me Lies' hints that Season 3 finale will spark conversation.

At Savannah College of Art and Design's (SCAD) annual TVfest, 'Abbott Elementary' creator Quinta Brunson received the Variety Creative Showrunner Award, while 'Tell Me Lies' star Jackson White was honored with the Rising Star Award. The 'Scrubs' cast also attended the event, where they discussed their upcoming revival.

When asked about his character Stephen's toxic relationship with Lucy on Hulu's "Tell Me Lies", White stated that playing the part is a good exercise in stoicism, but declined to comment further. However, he did hint at the Season 3 finale: "I can't say it's a great ending, but it's going to spark a lot of conversation." The season 3 finale premieres on February 17th.

White also praised the recognition he received from the award and expressed gratitude for being acknowledged for his portrayal.

Meanwhile, White's co-stars, Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke, discussed their 'Scrubs' revival and their chemistry with each other. The show originally aired from 2001 to 2010 but is now back on ABC.

You know what's wild? I was thinking about trying out that new plant-based milk alternative the other day... have you tried it? πŸ€” I mean, it's not as good as oat milk for sure, but it's still pretty tasty. And speaking of tasty, I just got the most amazing recipe for vegan chocolate chip cookies from a friend... I'm thinking of whipping those up this weekend! By the way, I heard 'Abbott Elementary' is getting a lot of buzz right now... not as big a fan of the revival rumors though, I mean, can't we just have one more season of the original with the same cast? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Anyway, back to that plant-based milk...

So there's this new season of "Tell Me Lies" coming up and the lead actor, Jackson White, isn't giving away too much about the finale... 🀐 But what's interesting is that he did say it's going to spark a lot of conversation! That got me thinking, are creators like Quinta Brunson and others who won awards at TVfest doing us a favor by pushing boundaries in their shows? Or are they just trying to get more views and attention from critics? πŸ“Ί I mean, we're living in a time where social media is so influential, it's hard to tell what's genuinely sparking a conversation versus someone just curating their online image. Can't have the TV industry being too predictable, right? πŸ˜’

idk about jackson's comment πŸ€”... like, it sounds kinda weird that he's hinting at the season finale sparking conversation, but not saying its a great ending lol πŸ˜… what if he's just messing with us? πŸŽ‰ is he trying to build anticipation or make people think there's some deep symbolism in the ending? 🀯 personally i'm still invested in steve & lucy's toxic ride and can't wait to see where season 3 takes it πŸ’β€β™€οΈ but at the same time, sometimes you just wanna know what's gonna happen next, you feel? πŸ‘€

I'm getting hyped for the Season 3 finale of "Tell Me Lies" 🀩 Jackson White's hint that it'll spark a convo is exactly what I need - a good discussion about the toxic relationship between Stephen and Lucy, it's been so intense! πŸ‘€ The Rising Star Award is well-deserved too, he's come so far in his acting career. And can we talk about how excited I am for the "Scrubs" revival? πŸ˜† Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke are all coming back together - it's like no time has passed at all! The chemistry between them is going to be electric πŸ’‘ Can't wait to see what February 17th brings! πŸ“Ί

I think Jackson White is trying to say that Season 3 of "Tell Me Lies" is going to be super dramatic and might make people talk about the show's ending. πŸ€” It's like, he's not giving away any spoilers, but just saying it'll be a conversation starter. That's actually kinda cool, because it means the show is still making waves. I'm curious now! Did "Scrubs" fans have fun discussing their old favorite characters with Zach Braff and co? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I'm thinking Season 3 of "Tell Me Lies" is gonna be super intense 🀯! Jackson White's hint about the finale sparking conversation is giving me LIFE πŸ˜‚. With his character Stephen's toxic relationship with Lucy, I'm expecting some serious drama and controversy. The fact that he said it's not a great ending but will start conversations, makes me think there's more to the story than what we're seeing on screen πŸ€”.

Did you know that "Scrubs" was originally cancelled twice? It's crazy how shows can come back from the dead πŸ’€! And now with ABC reviving it, I'm hyped for the new revival πŸŽ‰. Anyway, if Season 3 of "Tell Me Lies" is anything like its predecessors, we can expect some mind-blowing twists and turns πŸ”„.

By the way, have you checked out the latest ratings for Netflix shows? According to a recent report, 70% of Netflix viewers prefer watching original content over traditional TV shows πŸ“Š. And did you know that social media influencers have gained more followers since the pandemic, with an average growth rate of 50% per year? πŸš€

πŸ€” So, they're saying the finale's gonna spark a convo... that sounds like a perfect example of how TV can tackle real issues, you know? Like, toxic relationships and all that. It's not just some manufactured drama for ratings. And I love how Jackson White is being humble about it, saying it's not a great ending but it'll get people talking. That's what we need more of - shows that make us uncomfortable, that challenge our assumptions. And let's be real, the fact that 'Abbott Elementary' won that Creative Showrunner Award is like, validation for all the hard work being done in representation on TV right now. πŸŽ‰

I'm not buying that "conversation" claim from Jackson White πŸ˜’. He's just saying it because it's a good PR move, not because he actually thinks the finale will spark meaningful discussions. I mean, what does he know about what people are talking about online? We all know the "Tea has been spilled" trope and how it often devolves into drama instead of real conversation 🍡. Can we please get some actual stats or interviews from fans about what they're thinking about Season 3 finale? Just speculating, but I'm gonna take this one with a grain of salt πŸ€”.

omg I cant wait for season 3 of tell me lies 🀯 Jackson White's hint about the finale sparking a convo has got me SO intrigued! i mean, its been doing pretty well so far and i love how it explores toxic relationships... anyway gotta say tho, its super exciting to see scrubs back on abc, i loved that show in school when we watched it as an elective πŸ“šπŸ‘

πŸ€” I'm kinda intrigued by Jackson White's hint about the Season 3 finale of "Tell Me Lies" sparking conversations... it sounds like he wants to leave some stuff unsaid, which can always lead to speculation and interesting discussions among fans 🀯. Personally, I love a good cliffhanger that makes me want to keep watching (and talking) about it πŸ˜„. Can't wait to see how the finale goes down on Feb 17th and what all the conversation is about πŸ“ΊπŸ‘€

The "Tell Me Lies" finale is gonna be a mess πŸ’”πŸ‘€ I mean, even the star can't hide how bad it's gonna end 🀯 Jackson White just said it's not great and that it'll spark conversation... yeah no kidding, it'll spark some serious frustration from fans who just wanna know what happens next 😩 And don't even get me started on the Scrubs revival, I'm still trying to process that one... 16 years after the original ended, ABC thought now was the perfect time to revive it πŸ™„ Guess we'll just have to wait and see if they can recapture the magic or if it's just a nostalgic cash grab πŸ€‘

I'm a bit worried about how much drama the "Tell Me Lies" finale is going to stir up... I mean, my kids are at that age where they're still figuring out relationships and emotions, so it's always interesting (and sometimes cringe-worthy) to see how TV shows tackle these issues. The fact that Jackson White hinted that the season 3 finale will spark conversation makes me want to have some discussions with my own kids about boundaries and what's healthy in a relationship. I'm sure they'll be watching this show anyway, so might as well get the conversation started! 😊

omg u gotta see this! so i was watching the variety creative showrunner award ceremony and saw Quinta Brunson win πŸ™Œ she's literally my queen from 'Abbott Elementary'!!! anyway, jackson white from 'Tell Me Lies' won the rising star award & he said something about season 3 finale being a bit of a cliffhanger... kinda like 'Grey's Anatomy', u know how they always do that πŸ€” i'm so hyped for it! i mean, it can't be good if jackson says it'll spark conversation πŸ˜‚ but at the same time, i'm not ready to say goodbye to lucy & stephen yet... what did u guys think of season 2?

omg did u see that scad tvfest? i'm lowkey excited about season 3 of tell me lies tho!! jackson white's hinting at a dramatic finale and i'm DYING to know what it is!!! πŸ€―πŸ“Ί anyway, congrats to quinta brunson on her award win, she's such an inspiration to creatives everywhere... btw did u catch the scrubs revival discussion? zach braff and company are giving me all the feels πŸ˜‚πŸŽ‰

SCAD TVfest just gave me so much to think about πŸ€”. Quinta Brunson's win is a well-deserved recognition, but what I'm more hyped for is 'Tell Me Lies' Season 3 - that finale better be juicy πŸΏπŸ’β€β™€οΈ

I'm guessing the Season 3 finale of "Tell Me Lies" is gonna be super interesting πŸ€” because Jackson said it's not a great ending, but it'll spark some crazy conversations πŸ’¬. I mean, who doesn't love a good dramatic cliffhanger? 😏 I'm kinda curious about what happens next now, and I hope the finale gives us some major plot twists! The fact that Quinta Brunson was honored with the Variety Creative Showrunner Award is amazing too πŸŽ‰. It's always dope to see talented creators like her getting the recognition they deserve πŸ’•.

I'm a bit skeptical about the whole 'spark conversation' thing πŸ€”... it sounds like Jackson White is trying to stir up some drama, ya know? I mean, he did hint that the finale's gonna be a game-changer, but what exactly does that even mean? Is it supposed to be shocking or surprising? The fact that he declined to comment further just makes me curious - what's really going on behind the scenes? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Anyway, congrats to Quinta Brunson for winning that award! She totally deserves it πŸ’―

I'm so stoked for the upcoming season 3 finale of "Tell Me Lies" πŸŽ‰! I love how Jackson White hinted that it's gonna be a conversation starter, you know? Like, sometimes endings aren't always easy to watch, but if it makes people talk about it, that's already a win in my book 😊. And can we talk about how awesome it is for the cast of "Scrubs" getting back together again? Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke are legends, and I'm so down to watch them bring their characters back to life 🀩! Quinta Brunson's win is also super inspiring - being recognized for your work as a showrunner is truly a testament to her talent. Bring on the new season of "Tell Me Lies" and get ready for some juicy conversations πŸ’¬!
