Tesla kills Autopilot, locks lane-keeping behind $99/month fee

I'm all about being connected to our cars but also feeling safe on the road 🚗💻. I gotta say, this new $99/month FSD fee for Tesla drivers might be a bit steep for me... I mean, I get that it's necessary for the company to stay afloat and make recurring revenue, but isn't Autopilot supposed to be about making roads safer? 😕 The more I think about it, the more I'm wondering if this is a case of convenience over necessity 🤔. Still, as a wellness enthusiast, I'm all about finding ways to make life easier for ourselves, so maybe there's something to this new model... perhaps it'll even encourage people to be more mindful on the road 🙏?

idk why tesla gotta make autopilot and full self driving capability so expensive 🤑 like, i get it they wanna make some cash but 99 bucks a month is already steep for most people... plus with all the scrutiny around safety and lawsuits, i think this move comes at a bad time. it's like they're trying to nickel & dime their customers instead of figuring out those safety concerns first 🙅‍♂️

This is just another example of how big companies are trying to get ahead by nickel-and-diming their customers 🤑. I mean, think about it, $99 a month for autopilot? That's not a small amount of money, especially when you consider that these cars are already priced way above the competition. It's like they're taking advantage of people who just want to drive without breaking the bank.

And let's be real, what's the point of this "supervised" FSD thing? Are we really paying for some kind of babysitter in our car? 🤔 I'm not convinced it's worth the extra cost. And what about the whole issue with Tesla misleading customers about their cars' capabilities? It's like they're trying to make up for lost profits by screwing over their customers.

General Motors and BMW are doing this too, but I think that's just a case of copying each other instead of innovating. And as for Tesla's stock price remaining high, yeah right, it's not because people are willing to pay $99 a month for autopilot, it's because they're still holding onto their cars tightly and don't want to let go of the status quo.

This whole thing just feels like another attempt to control every aspect of our lives and make more money off us. 🤑👎
