, I guess taking over a company that's been struggling in recent years is like taking a gamble, but de Ridder seems optimistic about the future
. He thinks the company's problems are just opportunities for growth and change, which I think is a good attitude

, some people might think it's gonna be too hard to manage two cities at once
. But if ENO can make it work, that'd be awesome
. And I love that de Ridder is all about making opera more accessible to everyone

. Cutting full-time contracts isn't gonna fix anything
