I'm not convinced about these two guys being the only ones to blame . What's really going on here? How did we end up with a system where military men like al-Burhan can just take power and do whatever they want? And what about all the other factions involved in this conflict? Are they just background players or are they also playing their own games? I don't think it's as simple as just saying "oh, General al-Burhan is bad" or "Hemedti is a self-serving opportunist". Where's the accountability for the whole system?
And can we talk about how this conflict started in the first place? Was it really all about power struggles between these two guys from the start, or was there something else going on that led to this mess? I'm not buying the "it's just them being evil" narrative. There's more to this story than that .
By the way, have you seen any plans for how Sudan is actually going to rebuild and recover from all of this violence?
I'm just so worried about the future of these kids in Sudan . I mean, can you imagine growing up in a place where war is just a part of life? Where are they supposed to go when they want an education or a job? It's like, what even is democracy if there isn't stability and security for people to enjoy? And these leaders, al-Burhan and Hemedti, they're not exactly inspiring models of leadership, are they? They seem more interested in lining their own pockets than in helping the country. I just feel so sorry for all those innocent civilians who've been hurt or displaced by this conflict. It's like, what can we do to help? Just sending aid isn't going to cut it, is it? Something needs to change and fast
idk what all the fuss is about, both these blokes have their own valid reasons for wanna be in power . al-burhan's got a legit military background & has been fighting for years, he's just tryna restore order after the 2019 uprising went haywire. and as for hemedti, yeah he's done some dodgy things but let's not forget he came from a place of poverty & trauma - it's easy to blame him for his actions when you're in such a difficult situation . we should be focusing on the root causes of this conflict rather than just bashing one side or the other .
u no wht's up wit sudan?? its like they're stuck in dis never ending cycle of violence & abuse i mean think about it, 2 men, both wiv power struggles, but both doin harm 2 each other & innocent ppl al burhan sounds like a total puppet master, all about regainin da status quo, but its like he forgot dat some1 tried 2 b better in 2019 & now hemedti's just takin advantage of the situation, sayin he's for democracy & poor ppl but really hes just a power-hungry dude and honestly, i think its time 4 a radical change or sudan's gonna b stuck in dis cycle 4eva
