I personally think its all about finding that balance. if u don't have a solid process in place, u might end up with shadow AI and thats a recipe for disaster like someone posted on my thread about how their company had no idea their employees were bringing their own AI tools to work so yeah, governance is key. but its not just about control, u need to make sure ur culture is on board too... ppl need to know what's expected and what the risks are
