Omg this list is like the definition of unscary movies lol 🤩 I mean who doesn't love a good Marcel the Shell movie? The way it's just so cheerful and fun but also has this deep sadness to it... it gives me all the feels 😭. And Kiki's Delivery Service is just so cute! It's like they're saying "Hey kids, come watch this and you'll be happy forever!" 🌈 But seriously though, I love that these movies are suitable for all ages, my little cousin loves watching Singin' in the Rain with me 😊. And have you seen Shaun the Sheep Movie? That thing is hilarious! The part where the sheep talks to the alien is like... 🤣. Perfect Days is also so interesting, it's like Wim Wenders was saying "Hey let's make a movie about cleaning toilets!" but somehow it works 🤷‍♂️.

I'm not sure what's going on here... 🤔 A whole list of unscary movies just dropped out of the blue? I mean, I love a good adventure movie as much as the next guy, but this one feels like it's trying to be too perfect. Don't get me wrong, some of these films sound really great - Marcel the Shell With Shoes On and A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon both have my name on them 🎥.

But what about people who just wanna watch something with a little more edge? I mean, we're not all little kids anymore, you know? A Shaun the Sheep movie might be joyful for kids, but is it really going to hold up for adults? And don't even get me started on Perfect Days - I mean, cleaning toilets for two hours? That sounds like a real snooze fest 😴.

I'm not trying to be negative or anything, I just think we need to have some more nuanced conversations about what makes a good movie. Can we have a list of films that are fun for adults too, but still safe for kids? 🤷‍♂️

I don’t usually comment but I think it’s so cool that these movies are getting recognition for being unscary 🤗. Like, who doesn't love a good animated film every now and then? And Singin' in the Rain is just a classic - I've seen it before and it's still one of my fave old films 🎥. What I love about these movies is that they show you can have fun without all the intense stuff, you know? It's like, perfect for when you're feeling stressed or need something to lift your mood 😊. And have you seen Perfect Days? That's just... wow. The way Wim Wenders makes it look beautiful despite it being super mundane is genius 🙌. I think this list should be a thing - everyone should know about these movies and enjoy them with their kids or friends 👫

I'm so stoked to see these awesome movies on the list! 🎥 I mean, who doesn't love a good animated film about a shell who goes on an adventure? 😂 Marcel the Shell With Shoes On is like, ridiculously cute and fun to watch, but it's also got some deeper themes going on. And can we talk about Kiki's Delivery Service - that Studio Ghibli magic is just the best! 🌸 I love how all these movies are family-friendly and perfect for a fun night in with the kiddos. Singin' in the Rain is like, a classic for a reason, right? 😊 And A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon is just so joyful and entertaining - who wouldn't want to watch a sheep save the world from aliens? 🤣 I'm also loving Perfect Days - it's weirdly beautiful and makes you appreciate the little things in life. These movies are like, proof that you don't need a lot of action or drama to have a great time at the movies! 😊

I don’t usually comment but I had to say something about this list 🤔. I mean it's really cool that they're trying to promote unscary movies that the whole family can enjoy together. I've got a 3-year-old who loves watching old cartoons and animated films, so it's awesome to see some classics like Kiki's Delivery Service included. And I have to admit, Perfect Days sounds super weird 🤷‍♀️, but at the same time, I appreciate how Wim Wenders managed to make something beautiful out of it. It's just great to see more people talking about these kinds of films and trying to create a sense of community around them. Maybe we can all get our kids watching some good old-fashioned, wholesome entertainment 😊.

omg u gotta check out wim wenders new film Perfect Days 🤯 it's literally just a guy cleaning toilets but like the cinematography is so stunning and it's got this melancholy vibe that's hard to explain lol but trust me u will love it 💕 also i'm loving this new list of unscary movies they need more underdog films like paterson tho 🙌 who else remembers seeing him for the first time and being like wth is this movie about a bus driver who writes poetry on his commute lol genius 🤓

I was watching Marcel the Shell With Shoes On with my friends in class and we were all like "omg this is so cute 😍" it's like, the animation is so quirky and fun but also a bit sad at times 🤔 I think what I liked most about it is that it's not your typical "happy ending" movie, it's more like real life, you know? And Kiki's Delivery Service is another fave of mine 🎀 I loved watching the young witch deliver all those letters and treats, it's just so inspiring! 🌸

I'm surprised they're including Perfect Days in that list 🤯 I mean, sure the film is visually stunning and has a certain beauty to it, but honestly, cleaning toilets for two hours sounds pretty unsettling to me...and not exactly exactly what you'd call "unscary" 😬 But hey, I guess if you're into that sort of thing, go for it! The rest of those movies are solid choices though - Marcel the Shell With Shoes On is just too cute 🐚 and Singin' in the Rain is a classic for a reason 💃.

I'm so down for some chill movies 🤩! I mean, who doesn't love a good animated flick? Kiki's Delivery Service is like the ultimate feel-good film, it's just so delightful and perfect for all ages 👧🏼. And Singin' in the Rain is just iconic - I love how it's like a time capsule of the Golden Age of Hollywood 🎥. But what really caught my attention is Perfect Days, I mean, cleaning toilets for two hours? That sounds like some intense monotonous stuff 😴... but apparently, Wim Wenders made it beautiful? Mind blown! 💭

I'm so over the list format on this forum 🤦‍♂️. Can't we just have a proper discussion thread like on Reddit? I mean, who thought it was a good idea to group these movies together like they're some kind of kiddie flicks? Newsflash: Singin' in the Rain is a CLASSIC 🎬. Putting it in the same list as Kiki's Delivery Service and Marcel the Shell With Shoes On just dilutes its impact. And what's with the rating system, anyway? U-rated? That's like saying "no warning" on your favorite scary movie 😂. Perfect Days? Cleaning toilets for 2 hours? Who thought that was a good idea for a film? 🤣 Anyway, I guess these movies are all pretty okay if you're into that sort of thing...

I'M SO EXCITED TO SEE THESE MOVIE RECOMMENDATIONS! I THINK THE STRAIGHT STORY IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FILM, IT'S LIKE A SIGH OF RELIEF TO SEE SOMETHING SO SERENE AND UPLIFTING AFTER ALL THOSE SCARY MOVIES WE'RE ALWAYS HEARING ABOUT. AND PERFECT DAYS, WOW, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT CLEANING TOILETS COULD BE SO BEAUTIFUL?! IT MAKES ME WANT TO WATCH IT JUST FOR THAT REASON ALONE. I ALSO THINK KIKI'S DELIVERY SERVICE IS A GREAT CHOICE FOR KIDS, IT'S SUCH A CHARMING FILM WITH A WONDERFUL MAIN CHARACTER.

I'm so glad to see some good old-fashioned chill movies getting love 🌞 These unscary films are perfect for families who just want to relax together without any drama or stress 😌 I think it's awesome that we have a mix of classic films like Singin' in the Rain and more recent ones like Marcel the Shell With Shoes On. It's so great that they're all rated U and cater to different age groups 👫 What I love about these films is that they promote positivity, kindness, and creativity - values that are super important for kids (and adults alike) to learn 🌈 Perfect Days might sound weird at first, but it shows us that beauty can be found in the mundane, right? 🙏

I gotta say, what's the point of even having unscary movies? It's like they're trying to prepare us for some apocalyptic future where we can't watch anything with a little bit of tension 😐. And another thing, who watches movies just because they're "unscary" anyway? Can't we be brave and watch something that might actually scare us every once in a while? Like, what's wrong with a good ol' fashioned fright fest? 🎃 I mean, I guess these films are okay if you're into that sappy, feel-good stuff, but I'll stick to the classics - like horror movies or anything with some actual edge 💔.

I'm so over these unscary movies 🤣. Like, what's the point? But seriously, I love that they're trying to show kids that you can have a good time without getting scared or anything gross. Marcel the Shell With Shoes On is actually kinda genius - it's like a tiny little emotional bomb just waiting to blow your heart away 💔. And Singin' in the Rain is a total classic, who doesn't love Gene Kelly and his fancy dance moves? 🕺

I'm also impressed by Perfect Days, that's some next level cinematography right there 🎥. It's crazy how Wim Wenders could make something about cleaning toilets sound beautiful. But honestly, what I love most is that these movies are showing us that even the quietest, most mundane things can be extraordinary if you look at them in a different way 🔍.

I'm gonna have to check out A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon now, it sounds adorable 🐑!

this is the kinda movies we need more of 🎥👍 i mean who doesn't love a good animated film like kikis delivery service 🚪💨 especially its great that studio ghibli makes movies for all ages 👫🏠 the stop motion animation in marcel the shell with shoes on is so cool too 🤯🐚 and wim wenders taking something as mundane as cleaning toilets to make it beautiful is just mind blowing 🚽💕 paterson reminds me of my own hobby - drawing - when i'm on my daily commute doodling away 🎨🚌

I'm so glad they're talking about these underrated gems again 🙌 I mean, have you seen Perfect Days? It's literally the most soothing film ever made. The way it focuses on this guy's mundane task and makes it beautiful is just genius. And Marcel the Shell With Shoes On is also so underrated - who knew a small shell with shoes could be so delightful? 😂 I think what I love about these films is that they're not just for kids, but also adults can enjoy them without worrying about any scary or disturbing content. Singin' in the Rain is another fave of mine - it's like a classic comedy that never gets old. And Kiki's Delivery Service is just so charming and wholesome... I'm getting nostalgic thinking about these films 🎥

omg i'm so down for these unscary movie faves!!! 🤩 Marcel the Shell With Shoes On is literally the most adorable thing i've ever seen - its like watching a cute little shell go on a wild adventure 🌟 and Kiki's Delivery Service is just pure joy, i love how Studio Ghibli always knows how to make magic happen ✨. Singin' in the Rain is classic for a reason, it's like the OG happy movie 🎵. A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon is soooo funny, i loved the part where Shaun's all "baa" and stuff 😂. Paterson may have a small premise but it's like a symphony of poetry 📚 and The Straight Story is just so quiet and beautiful, it's like a meditation film 🙏. And Perfect Days? um yeah, who wouldn't want to watch a guy clean toilets for 2 hours straight lol 😂. seriously though, these movies are all super underrated and deserve more love 💖.

I'm so over these lists everyone keeps making 🙄. Can't we just have a curated collection without the obligatory "for kids" disclaimer? I mean, I get it, some of these movies are genuinely delightful and unscary, but do we really need to label them as "suitable for all ages"? It's like saying a good cup of coffee is just for caffeine addicts or that a beautiful sunset is only for romantics 🌅.

And what's up with the random mix of old and new films? I'm all for exposure to classic cinema, but can't we get some more modern recommendations too? Perfect Days is actually really interesting – who knew cleaning toilets could be so thought-provoking? 🧹

I'm loving this list! 🤩 I've always been a fan of Studio Ghibli films and Kiki's Delivery Service is such a classic - it's still so charming and delightful today! 🌸 And I completely agree with the inclusion of Singin' in the Rain, it's just a fun movie that's easy to watch without any scary bits. 💃 But what really caught my eye was Perfect Days... yeah, I know it sounds weird but trust me, it's actually really beautiful. Wim Wenders is a genius! 🤯
