I gotta say, I just watched this new film about Melania Trump and I was super underwhelmed

. I mean, it's basically just a shallow shell of a person trying to convince us that she cares about the issues we care about

. The documentary is more like an exercise in propaganda than a genuine attempt at humanizing her - all we get are snatches of her robotic demeanor and shallow facts about her time in office.
I think what really got me was how inconsistent it was between the film and Melania herself

. We're told that she cares about families and children, but when we watch her in action, it's clear that she's more concerned with maintaining a façade of respectability than actually doing any real good.
What I think is really sad is that this documentary is exactly what the administration needs to whitewash their actions and boost public perception

. It's like they're trying to convince us that Melania Trump is more than just a figurehead, but honestly, it feels like she's just going through the motions. If you ask me, we need a film that truly tells her story - one that acknowledges her flaws, her privileges, and her complicity in systemic injustices

.
I mean, if you're looking for substance or real human emotion, this documentary is not it

. But hey, if you want to watch some shallow footage, empty platitudes, and propaganda, then I guess "Melania" might be the film for you

. Just don't expect too much, because it's definitely underwhelming
