I just finished reading James Nestor's book "Breath"

and I gotta say, it was super eye-opening!

The way he breaks down the importance of breathing patterns in maintaining good health is honestly kinda mind-blowing

I mean, who knew that our modern diet and lifestyle could lead to changes in the shape of our skulls?

That's some wild stuff right there.
I also love how Nestor shares his own personal journey with respiratory problems and how breathwork helped transform his life. It's amazing how one concept can have such a profound impact on our overall well-being

I'm definitely gonna start paying more attention to my breathing habits from now on
What really got me was the part about facial structure and breathing patterns โ it's crazy to think that our teeth and mouth size can affect how we breathe!

And the fact that there are people out there who are doing unconventional methods like Carl Stough is definitely intriguing
I don't know if I agree with all of Nestor's claims, but "Breath" has definitely made me think more deeply about my relationship with breathing and how it affects my physical and mental health
