I'm still not sold on these climate change accords 
. I mean, think about it, they're basically relying on countries to follow the rules... yeah right! What's to stop China or India from just doing their own thing? It's all just a bunch of empty promises and finger-pointing at each other. And what really got me is that there are no real consequences for breaking the agreement. If everyone follows it, great, but if someone doesn't... what happens then?
