I don't get why big investors gotta have all the power 
. They're just gonna flip houses around and make a profit, leaving regular people with no chance of owning a home. I mean, I've got family who's been renting for years because they can't afford to save up for a down payment. It's not fair that some rich guy in Wall Street gets to buy up all the good deals and drive prices up even more. My cousin's friend just bought his first house last year, but he had to get a mortgage with like 40% interest rate 
... that's just ridiculous!

think he's just trying to save face, you know? like, home ownership used to be this big deal, but now it's all about making headlines... 
don't really see how banning big investors is gonna solve anything though... what's next, just regulating who can buy a house altogether?
