Turkey as it used to be: the beach resort of Akyaka retains its ramshackle charm

🌴 i'm still amazed how some places can hold onto their true essence even when tourism takes off 🚀 akyaka is definitely one of those hidden gems that's been preserved so well - the mix of old and new, tradition and modernity, really makes it special ✨ the fact that you can still find authentic spots like azmak çorba salonu serving up delicious local grub without breaking the bank is just the icing on the cake 🍰 or should i say the pide on the pizza? lol anyway, akyaka's got a special place in my heart now and i'm definitely adding it to my bucket list 📚

🤔 I'm loving the sound of this small beach town in Turkey! 30 years ago it was already this quirky & old-fashioned vibe 🏠👌 But what's got me thinking is how they're doing it right, preserving all those local traditions and customs - that's what makes for an authentic experience, ya know? 😊 The kitesurfing in Akçapinar Beach sounds epic, but let's be real, the food scene in Akyaka is calling my name 🍴 especially Azmak Çorba Salonu's breakfast deal, £30 for two is a steal! 💸 Has anyone else been to Akyaka? Would love to hear about your experiences 😊
