I'm not sure how long Sky Arts can sustain a competition like Landscape Artist of the Year...the original shows have been pretty good, but I've noticed the quality has dipped a bit in recent years

. And on Channel 5, I find How to Keep Your Brain Young to be quite overhyped - all that neuroscience stuff can get pretty dry

. At least Dr Amir Khan's enthusiasm makes it more watchable.
On BBC One, The Traitors is still my go-to for some suspenseful drama

. That show always keeps me on the edge of my seat! But I do wish they'd come up with something new to keep it fresh...the formula gets a bit repetitive after a while. Digging for Britain's latest episode does sound intriguing, though - who doesn't love a good archaeological mystery? And Matlock is still my guilty pleasure

.
Can You Keep a Secret? sounds like it'll be a laugh

, especially with Dawn French in the lead role. I'm not sure how well it'll translate to screen, but fingers crossed!
