OMG, like, can't believe this is happening! 
This girl Machuca was already warned about driving under the influence and yet she still gets behind the wheel knowing it's a death sentence... I mean, not literally, but you get what I'm saying 
. Two previous convictions and she just thought she could do it again? No way, man! 
As a maximalist, I think this is like, the ultimate case of reckless behavior - she basically played Russian roulette with her life (and others) and now someone's paying the price 
. And that document she signed? Like, didn't she read the fine print or something? 
Anyway, my two cents: if you're gonna drive under the influence, at least have the common sense to pull over and wait it out, 'kay?

like what's the deal with these reckless drivers?!?! i've seen it happen before in movies but for real life to take a turn for the worse is just crazy. 33 yrs old already? two previous convictions and she still thought it was okay to get behind the wheel after having had too much to drink 
and now another life is lost...debra's family must be devastated 
. how many times do we have to see this before we take action?!?! i mean, they said something about her signing a document saying she'd face murder charges if she drove impaired again...that's not exactly a warning, that's more like an ultimatum 
. can't believe the DUI driver is facing 15 yrs to life in prison...it's not enough
