Eagles OC Search: Who's in the Running?

I think both Kingsbury and Stefanski could be great fits for the Eagles, they've got different styles that could complement Jalen Hurts well. 
But at the same time, I'm a bit worried about the turnover rate with OCs... it's like, they're trying to find someone who can fix the offense, but in the end, it might be hard to keep them long-term. 
Maybe Sirianni should focus on building a strong team culture first? That way, whoever comes in as OC will have more support and less pressure to perform. 
. Kingsbury's got some great experience under his belt, but also some major red flags - can he handle all that pressure? 
And Stefanski's OC skills are solid, but will he be able to take over a big game like this?

! Kingsbury and Stefanski both have awesome vibes and I think one of them would be PERFECT for Jalen Hurts

. But seriously, who's gonna take over Patullo's job? Kingsbury or Stefanski, huh? Both have pros and cons, but it's hard to say which one'll be the right fit for Philly. Jalen Hurts is a great QB, no doubt about that

what i think is key here is finding someone who can bring stability while still bringing innovation to the offense kingsbury and stefanski both have that potential but it's also about fitting their styles to sirianni's coaching philosophy 
... like, can't they just keep Patullo? he was only one season in lol. and now they're trying out kingsbury, the guy who got fired from arizona? that's like, a recipe for disaster 
. on the other hand, stefanski is like the ultimate behind-the-scenes type, but will he be able to make it work with hurts under center? i mean, we've seen what happens when coaches get anxious in the playoffs... fingers crossed they find someone who can keep things chill

. The roster is loaded with talent, so I'm confident whoever gets the job will be able to bring out the best in Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith, and A.J. Brown
