Two suspects arrested in late-night shooting near East Bay elementary school

Ugh, this is just getting out of hand 🤯🚨. Two minors think it's a good idea to hold people hostage at gunpoint because some dude wouldn't buy them weed? Like, what's next? They're gonna start robbing banks and get off scot-free because they're "only" 17? 🤑 And now there are innocent people getting hurt, like that poor guy who just got grazed by a bullet. It's just not worth it, you know? The system is already broken, and we can't even trust the cops to catch these kids before they do any real damage. I mean, a wild goose chase across Contra Costa County? Are we kidding ourselves here? 😒

🚗💥 I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole thing... like, two minors are arrested for attempted homicide? It's crazy how fast things escalated from a simple dispute over marijuana to a near-death situation outside an elementary school 🤯. And what really gets me is that the suspect was chasing after someone who just happened to be following them on foot - no malice whatsoever! 🚫 It makes you wonder if these kids were in over their heads or just completely reckless with no regard for human life... and now they're facing serious charges and a possible juvenile hall stint 😬

Ugh this is so sad 🤕... like, I get that kids do stupid stuff when they're high, but trying to hold someone hostage at gunpoint? That's just crazy talk 😩. But you know what really gets me? The whole situation could've been avoided if those three people in the other car had just given 'em a break and sold 'em some weed 🤦‍♂️.

And can we talk about how close that innocent guy was to becoming a statistic? Like, I'm glad he's okay, but man, that graze wound must've been super scary 😬. It's crazy to think about what could've happened if the police hadn't shown up when they did.

I mean, it's not like we haven't seen this before – kids getting caught up in gang stuff or whatever and then trying to play hero with guns 🤷‍♂️. But still, it's always heartbreaking when something like this happens near a school, you know? Kids should be able to feel safe going to class without worrying about their safety 😔.

Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that this whole situation is just a big reminder of how much work we gotta do to keep our communities safe 🙏.

🤕 this is so sad to hear about what happened in Oakley, CA 🌳 I can only imagine how scary it must have been for that young man who was just minding his own business and got caught up in the chaos of a car chase gone wrong. It's crazy how things can escalate quickly when emotions are running high and people are desperate to get what they want. 😩 as for the two minors involved, I hope they get the help they need and that they learn from this experience to turn their lives around. 🚨 we really need to talk about the root causes of violence and how to prevent these types of incidents from happening in the first place. We can't just keep treating it like a crazy incident that happens without any warning signs or preventative measures. 🤝
