just when you think u r safe in ur own home ICE agents are like burglars but w/ badges & guns federal court rules against them means they have to get a proper warrant before entering your pad this is huge news and i'm glad someone finally called ICE out on their questionable tactics it's all about respecting our 4th amendment rights
ICE can't just make up their own rules and expect everyone to follow... they're like "oh yeah, we've got a signed warrant from our supervisor, so you have to let us in"... what if the supervisor is just friends with an immigration officer? this ruling makes total sense, it's all about protecting people's rights and not letting the government just enter homes willy-nilly...
can't believe this is even a thing , who gives executive branch agents the power to decide if they can break into people's homes? that's like giving them a get out of jail free card . what's next, them just showing up at your doorstep with a clipboard saying "oh yeah we have a warrant"... no thanks!
