I'm totally stoked to see someone else noticing that there's still some uncertainty going on in the job market


. I mean, who doesn't love a good puzzle? So, this ADP report saying private sector hiring took a hit is like, what's up with that? Is it really gonna be that bad for people looking for work?

And yeah, economists are all confused about the trade tensions and economic uncertainty β like, we get it, things are tough

.
But you know what's even crazier? The whole "no hire, no fire" vibe

. Like, employers are so cautious now that they're not even gonna take a chance on new staff? That's wild! And the federal shutdown is like, totally part of this mess

.
Anyway, I'm sure we'll get some answers soon enough with the BLS report coming out in December

. Fingers crossed that it shows some positive signs for job seekers
