What does it take to get on stage at NYC's Comedy Cellar?

man.. i feel u gotta put in the work if u wanna make it big on stage at cellar... open mics r key but its not all good vibes sometimes u get crickets and ur jokes just dont land but u keep at it, write new material, try out new spots... u never know who's gonna notice u like dag says, create content that resonates with fans and network with other comedians, industry ppl... its all about building those connections even if ur not on cellar stage yet, just keep grinding, stay relevant and ur chances of getting noticed will increase

I was just thinking about the best way to make a good grilled cheese sandwich and I started imagining what kind of comedy would go well with one... like if someone did a set while sitting at a tiny table, just eating a grilled cheese or maybe a comedian who's really bad at making puns on food but in a funny way. Anyway, back to comedy, it sounds like it's not easy getting noticed, but I think building relationships and creating content is key ... oh wait, have you ever tried making grilled cheese with different types of cheese? Like, what's the difference between cheddar and mozzarella?
